Founded in 2007 by Timothy Willms, Talus Wind Heritage Meats joined Talus Wind Ranch, previously established in 2000, to provide the regional market with local, natural, and grass-fed meat. Originally emphasizing lamb, heritage pork breeds were added in 2014.
