New Mexico's 1st Meat CSA - Having 4th distribution in mid-Sept! (Santa Fe/Galisteo)
New Mexico's First Meat CSA started in May! Talus Wind Heritage Meats started its first 6 month CSA rotation in July! We still have some shares available starting this month - Sept.
Folks can sign up for the next 4 months (Sept.-Dec. 2011) starting right now! Choose between Full Shares (20-22 lbs of meat/month + 2 dozen eggs for $210/month) or Half Shares (10-12 lbs/month + 1 doz. eggs for $110/month). You will get locally raised beef, lamb, & eggs every month, a thanksgiving HERITAGE turkey in November, and occaisionally goat, chicken, etc. All meat is antibioitic, hormone & feedlot-free; and mostly grass-fed/free range. The meat's integrity is wonderful!

We welcome create ways to join us: split a share with friends/family/neighbors, alternate months (with another family), car pool/take turns picking-up your shares, other payment plans, etc. Let us know your needs and we will do our best to work with them...
To sign up, use membership form on brochure, fill-out, check off which share size, payment plan, and pick-up locale you would like. Mail back to us with a check - we will send you a confirmation email shortly afterwards... The meat is truely delicious, and raised and processed with 100% Tracability, and TLC...join NEW MEXICO'S FIRST MEAT CSA!!!
